A meeting between the Board of Directors of "Irkutsk Grid Company" OJSC took place on December 23 this year in Irkutsk. Company's operation questions were discussed during the meeting. Several decisions were adopted in the following meeting. A business plan 2012 for of the "Irkutsk Grid Company" OJSC was approved. 7 826.146 million of rubles are planned for the investment activity 2012 for the capital construction plan of the "Irkutsk Grid Company" OJSC.
